And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from full-time mother and grandmother to complete-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived nearly all of her existence in Lebanon. In all our dishes are flavors which have Lunch manufactured the journey all the way from Lebanon. You might take a number of them again dwelling!

We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: many different selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to obtain and check out. These are prepared by our chef or made by farmers back again property. “Mouneh”is usually a Lebanese custom of preserving foods across the seasons.
