And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mom and grandmother to full-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived a lot of her lifetime in Lebanon. For so very long, she loved tests her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion did not leave her home’s nest right until Zali made available her that chance. Now, her homegrown pleasure and keenness for cooking are for you and the entire world to flavor!
